Good graphics, looks like it could be out of some First Person Shooter game.

It's a bit long track for stock cars, and is probably best for fast custom cars.

A good one to have, well done and with tricky parts. i agree with arto, it's a track for fast cars.

This is perhaps the most artistic of all the tracks present on this site. Depicting a dank, urban center, in the back alleys behind sparkling office towers, it reminds me of The Loop (which dates from the 1890s), the central part of "downtown" in my own home town of Chicago, Illinois, in the U.S.

Taking you from a alley with crate stacks and garbage bins into a dilapidated subway station (which appears in disuse), through a parking garage, past an intermodal container yard, into what resembles a garbage dump, the effect is striking. Dark comedic touches, such as the chalk outline surrounded by police tape - which actually is where the racing line winds through -show more than just driveability was in mind by its designer. Dim streetlights, graffitti and a perceptable layer of dirt and grime lend an appealing air of desperation to the track setting. My usual Cougar car is a good choice for use here.

The superb art direction aside, the track layout is good, with a few challenging sections that are "just right" - usually do-able without being easy to get perfect. You hardly ever see the sky on this relentlessly dark ride, but the world outside the track will fade in the distance as you motor around for a few laps. Truly immersive; a fantastic accomplishment, especially considering Re-Volt is a relatively simple arcade-style "button masher", given a greatly extended life by fans like this track's artist.

Just read this old post for the first time and I felt humbled lol.

I have been playing all of my past tracks recently and I still feel the same excitment that I had when I made them.

I have had so much fun on this track with the lads in MIRC over the years and still do from time to time, so its time I posted about my fondness for the track.

I will get around to making another Grimm track at some point so look out for that.

Thanx for all your support of my work and I shall keep the tracks commin.

lol =)) don't cry =)) that really made me laugh =)) and ... in your opinion ... what's a good flow ? no obstacles and one terrain type ?

This map tests the limit of re-volt ... ( and almost all of skitch's does , and hil's also ) .
Maybe you want to say that this track is difficult for you ( for me was , after that playground ) , but not that the flow is not so good .

Oh and yeah ... i will always argue with him ... so , sorry zip ... i am moron for you .
