they were in need for speed (like the readme says...) converted by the power city tuning team.
and its the gta3 cabbie, with a borgnine repaint included. This taxi and the diablo should be a good race. My diablo is faster but with less accel and slightly slippery turning. the taxi has a fast accel with good grip, but doesnt reach the speeds the diablo does.
